Intellectual property
The Website and each element thereof, including any text, article, information letter, press release, presentation, brochure, illustration, photograph, etc., are the sole intellectual property of the Firm except for third party brands that may be referred to (identified using the mark ®).
Patrimonial intellectual property rights relating to the photographs reproduced on the website have been duly transferred to the Firm.
Users of the Website are not authorised to reproduce, represent, modify, translate and/or adapt, in part or in full, for free or for consideration, the Website or any of the elements thereof, and the reproduction and/or representation of such translations, adaptations and modifications, in part or in full, for free or for consideration, without the prior written consent of the Firm.
As an exception to the previous provisions, the Firm authorises users to download onto the hard drive of their personal computer any information letter and other types of document, owned by the Firm, made available to users in the form of electronic files specifically for downloading purposes. These files shall be downloaded only from the hyperlinks featuring the words “click here to download this document” or any other statement indicating the authorisation granted to users to download such files. In this case, and subject to any express contrary provision set out on such documents, users shall be authorised to hold a copy of these documents and to print such documents strictly for their private use.
